Stay Healthy

My mom and I just got back from our Pilates workout at the YMCA and there is nothing better than a good workout. No matter how bad your mood may be, after you're finished working out everything is better. I recommend at least working out a couple times a week (2-3) rather it be:
  •  going for a walk
  •  running on the treadmill
  • doing a workout tape (my favorite is HipHop abs) but you can youtube workout videos and do them at home. 
  • yoga for those of you who want to get in tune with your mind, body, and spirit. 

I try to do yoga every morning because I see a difference in my day, I am calmer, happier and I feel good after I am finished. 

But no matter what you decide to do just make sure you stick to it! The older we get the more it is important to exercise and eat healthier. 

So get on out there!
